Introduction to common materials and models of wire mesh demisters

Common materials for wire mesh demister:

Wire mesh demister standard: HG/T21618-1998 wire mesh demister: The gas-liquid filter and supporting device used in the production of wire mesh demister are produced by our factory in accordance with the HG/T21618-1998 wire mesh demister standard of the Ministry of Chemical Industry (the thickness and density of the demister can also be produced according to user needs). The wire mesh demister produced by our factory can not only filter out larger liquid foam suspended in the air flow, but also filter out smaller and tiny liquid foam, and is widely used in gas-liquid separation devices in chemical, petroleum, tower manufacturing, pressure vessels and other industries.
Types of wire mesh demister:
Example 1: DN2000MM, H150MM, gas-liquid filter screen is SP type, material is 304, grille and support material is Q235-A. The top-mounted wire mesh demister is marked as: HG/T21618-1998 wire mesh demister S 2000-150SP304/Q235-A.
Example 2: DN4000MM, H100MM, gas-liquid filter screen is DP type, material is 316L, grille and support material is 304, bottom-mounted wire mesh demister is marked as: HG/T21618-1998 wire mesh demister X4000-100DP316L/304.
Note: Selection of top-mounted and bottom-mounted wire mesh demisters: When the inlet hole is opened on the top of the wire mesh demister, or there is no inlet hole but there is an equipment flange, select the top-mounted wire mesh demister; when the inlet hole is opened on the bottom of the wire mesh demister, select the bottom-mounted wire mesh demister.

HG5-1404-81, HG5-1405-81, HG5-1406-81
HG5-1404-81 ascending pipe type, HG5-1405-81 reduced diameter type, HG5-1406-81 full diameter wire mesh demisters have diameters ranging from 300mm to 6400mm, with two wire mesh heights of 100mm and 150mm. When ordering, only the drawing number and the material used need to be provided.
Marking example: HG5-1406-81-11, 304/304 means that the grille and wire mesh are both made of 304 stainless steel, full diameter top loading, 1600mm diameter, 100mm height wire mesh demister.

HG/T21618-1998 Wire Mesh Demister: The new standard combines the three installation forms of riser type, reduced diameter type and full diameter type; and proposes four mesh types of SP, HP, DP and HR and expands the types of materials to be selected; and the interval density in setting the specifications and sizes is increased.
Marking example: HG/T21618 Wire Mesh Demister S 1600-100 SP 304/304, which means that the grille and wire mesh are both made of 304 stainless steel, top-mounted, with a diameter of 1600mm, a height of 100mm, and a mesh type of SP.
