Copper-nickel alloy wire, also known as Monel wire, is made of Monel 400 alloy (UNSN04400 or MCu-28-1.5-1.8 or Ni68Cu28Fe. It is a nickel-based alloy material with good corrosion resistance in seawater, chemical solvents, ammonia sulfur chlorine, hydrogen chloride, various acidic media such as sulfuric acid, hydrofluoric acid, hydrochloric acid, phosphoric acid, organic acids, alkaline media, salts and molten salts.
Performance: acid-resistant, high temperature resistant
Use of copper-nickel alloy mesh: screening and filtering under acetic acid, vinegar liver and other acidic environmental conditions, high-temperature filter screens and oxygen production filter screens in power plants.
