3. Reinforced type ( R )

Features: This mesh belt has large mesh, strong weaving, and can withstand a certain load. The spiral wire and string wire are usually made of the same specification of metal wire.

4. Balanced type ( B )

Features: The balanced conveyor mesh belt concentrates various advantages of metal wire woven mesh belts. Due to the deep curved strings, the position of each spiral wire rod is correctly positioned, thus minimizing the deformation and extension of the mesh belt.

Application: It has been widely used in the electronics industry (automatic assembly line of picture tubes), annealing furnaces for glassware , special high-temperature resistant equipment, heat treatment, washing, transportation and food industry, etc.

5. Combined Balance Type ( CB ( s ) )

Features: The mesh belt has a relatively fine mesh, which can prevent the leakage of small objects, and is firm and has high tensile strength.

Application: It has been widely used in the chemical fiber industry's aldehyde machine {YL543YL541} washing machine YL112 , refining machine Q392 , and biscuit automatic line in the food industry.

6. Double-strand balanced type ( DB ( s ))

Features : This mesh belt is woven symmetrically with left and right spirals , and the mechanism is made of double-strand spiral wire rods connected by a straight string. Therefore, the mesh belt runs smoothly, has less deviation, and is easy to repair and splice.

Application: It can be widely used in high temperature heat treatment automatic lines and heavy load conveying automatic lines in metallurgy and machinery industries, and can be reasonably used in glassware annealing furnaces, electronics industry and food industry.

7. Segmented ordinary type

Features: This mesh belt is woven by alternating a left spiral section and a right spiral section, and is usually connected by straight strings or curved strings.

Application: Drying and washing in the food industry, cleaning, drying, cooling of mechanical parts, and conveying of light loads. It can be used as the most basic chain drive.

10. Type B mesh belt

Features: This mesh belt is made of hard material through special mold pressing, mesh width 200mm-3500mm , pitch is generally 5mm to 38mm, type B mesh belt is generally divided into several grids, the number of grids is an odd number, generally the pitch increases, the mesh wire should also increase, usually with sprocket positioning transmission, type B mesh belt sprockets are nylon and carbon steel.

Application: Widely used in curing, melting and drying of circuit boards in the electronics industry, plastic dripping and drying in the cap making industry, and baking, quick freezing and drying of chocolate, biscuits and fish fillets in the food industry. The edge of the type B mesh belt can be driven by a chain.

11. Great Wall mesh belt (plate mesh belt, metal sheet mesh belt)

Features: The mesh belt is composed of flat metal sheets and round metal wires. The mesh belt has a light weight, large mesh gaps, a solid mesh surface, and runs smoothly without deviation.
