Introduction to the types of weaving methods of stainless steel filter mesh

1. Plain weave: Plain weave is a weaving method in which each warp thread crosses over each weft thread, the warp thread is the same thickness as the weft thread, and the warp thread and the weft thread form a 90-degree angle. The mesh of plain weave is relatively square and the mesh size is uniform. Each warp thread crosses over each weft thread, the warp thread is the same thickness as the weft thread, and the warp thread and the weft thread form a 90-degree angle.

2. Twill weave: Each warp thread crosses over and under every two weft threads, and each weft thread crosses over and under every two warp threads.

3. Dense weave: The diameters of the warp and weft are different, and the mesh counts are also different. The characteristics are that the warp is sparse and the weft is dense, and the warp is coarse and the weft is fine. The length direction is the warp, and the width direction is the weft. Dense weave is divided into mat-type plain weave and mat-type twill weave.

4. Mat-type twill weave: Each warp wire crosses over and under every two weft wires, and each weft wire crosses over and under every two warp wires.

5. Double Dutch weave: This weave is very similar to the twill Dutch weave, with two wefts that can overlap closely with the warp. This type of silk cloth is mostly used for filtering at the micron level.
