1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel wire mesh is also known as one chromium eighteen nickel nine titanium stainless steel wire mesh;
Stainless steel 1Cr18Ni9Ti is ordinary stainless steel.
1. Chemical composition 
  C: <=0.12% 
  Cr: 17-19% 
  Ni: 8-11% 
  Ti: 5* (C%-0.02)-0.8% 
2. Mechanical properties 
  Tensile strength σb(MN/m2) >=550 
  Yield strength σs(MN/m2) >=200 
  Elongation δ5 (%) 〉=40 
  Shrinkage rate ψ (%) 〉=55 
  my country's 1Cr18Ni9Ti is equivalent to the US AISI321, 0Cr18Ni9 is equivalent to AISI304, 1Cr18Ni9 is equivalent to 302, 0Cr18Ni12Mo2Ti is equivalent to AISI316 
  If used at a high temperature of 700°C, 1Cr18Ni9Ti should be able to do the job, because it is both an austenitic stainless steel and a widely used austenitic heat-resistant steel. However, it is best not to exceed 750°C. Its heat treatment is a solution treatment, that is, heating to above 1000°C, keeping warm for a certain period of time, then quenching with water, and then aging at 60~100°C higher than the use temperature.
3. Difference from 0Cr18Ni9
  The carbon content of the two is different, 1Cr18Ni9Ti has a higher carbon content. The chromium and nickel contents are the same, 18% and 9% respectively. 
  In this case, due to the low carbon content of 0Cr18Ni9, the strength is lower than that of 1Cr18Ni9Ti, and the corrosion resistance is better than that of 1Cr18Ni9Ti. However, since 1Cr18Ni9Ti contains titanium that resists intergranular corrosion, its resistance to intergranular corrosion can be improved through heat treatment. 
  It can be used as a substitute under normal temperature and conditions.
1Cr18Ni9Ti is a Chinese brand name corresponding to a stainless steel, so it can only be regarded as a symbol and cannot be directly understood as a chemical composition. 
Such as the main materials of common stainless steel: 0Cr18Ni9 (304), 00Cr19Ni11 (304L), 0Cr25Ni20 (310S), 0Cr17Ni12Mo2 (316), 00Cr17Ni14Mo2 (316L), 0Cr18Ni12Mo2Ti (316Ti), 1Cr18Ni9Ti, 0Cr18Ni10Ti (321), etc. 
The chemical composition is: 
304 stainless steel, C≤0.08 Ni8.00~10.00 Cr18.00~20.00, Mn<=2.0Si<=1.0 S<=0.030 P<=0.035; 304LC≤0.03 Other elements are the same as 304 
316 stainless steel, C≤0.08 Ni10.00~14.00 Cr16.00~18.00, Mo2.00---3.00 Mn<=2.0Si<=1.0 S<=0.030 P<=0.035;
