Gas-liquid filter standard specifications parameters performance

Gas-liquid filter (referred to as gas-liquid net, also known as foam trap net, woven wire mesh, knitted metal wire mesh, flat wire standard mesh, etc) is a wire mesh woven in a special form. It is the main component used in the production of wire mesh demister, oil-gas separator, dust removal, environmental protection, engine silencer, mechanical shock absorption and other projects, and is also widely used in the automotive industry and the electronics industry.  

The specifications of HG/T21618-1998 wire mesh demister gas-liquid filter net are: SP, DP, HR, HP type four standard specifications. The specifications of the gas-liquid filter net for wire mesh demister are: HG5-1404, HG5-1405, HG5-1406, and the standard number is Shanghai Q/SG12-1-79. The standard stipulates three types of gas-liquid nets, namely standard type, high-efficiency type and high-penetration type. For various non-standard woven nets provided by users, such as multi-strand woven, various shapes of sealing gaskets, sleeves, etc., we can customize them according to the mesh size and wire diameter.

Wave-type wire mesh demister /demister is also known as: corrugated wire mesh demister, wave-type wire mesh demister, wave-type wire mesh demister.

In addition to the characteristics of HG/T21618-1998 wire mesh demister, HG5-1404-81, HG5-1405-81, HG5-1406-81 wire mesh demister, and drawer-type wire mesh demister, it also has the following characteristics.

  a. It realizes the gas-to-gas path and the liquid-to-liquid path, basically eliminates the secondary entrainment phenomenon, and significantly improves the defoaming effect.

  b. Due to the tilt of the mesh block, the actual defoaming area is increased by 15%, which is convenient for adjusting the airflow, speed, resistance and defoaming effect during design.

  c. Using one layer of wave-type wire mesh demister can achieve the defoaming effect of two layers of wire mesh demister, saving installation space and reducing the cost of a single tower demister.
