introduction Copper wire mesh is also known as copper mesh, copper wire filter mesh, copper wire screen, copper wire woven mesh, copper wire square hole mesh, copper wire diamond mesh, tin bronze wire mesh, copper wire metal mesh, copper wire cloth,copper wire knitted mesh, copper wire hexagonal mesh, copper wire decorative mesh etc. 

Copper wire mesh types: brass wire mesh, copper wire mesh, phosphor bronze wire mesh.

1.Brass wire mesh

Raw materials: brass wire, including 65 brass (about 65% copper, 35% zinc), 80 brass (about 80% copper, 20% zinc), etc.

Mesh count: Plain weave 6 mesh/inch--160/inch, twill up to 280 mesh.

Features: Brass wire mesh has appropriate tensile strength and elongation. The fewer the mesh number, the larger the mesh size, and the better the water filtration performance.

2. Copper wire mesh - also known as shielding mesh

Raw materials: copper wire (pure copper content 99.999%)

Features: Copper wire mesh has good electrical conductivity, heat transfer performance, non-magnetic, corrosion resistance and wear resistance.

Mesh number: 5-200 mesh for plain weave, 250 mesh for twill weave.

Application: Filtering electron beams, electronic display screens, shielding electromagnetic wave signals.

3. Phosphor bronze wire mesh

Raw materials: phosphor copper wire (containing 85%-90% copper and 5%-15% zinc)

Features: non-magnetic, wear-resistant, acid and alkali-resistant, good ductility.

Mesh number: 5-185 mesh for plain weave, 400 mesh for twill weave.

Uses: Commonly used for powders, ceramic clay and glass, printing and dyeing of ceramic objects and filtering of liquids and gases.
