S32168 stainless steel wire mesh standard: GB/T 1220-1992
0Cr18Ni10Ti (GB/T 1220-1992) adds Ti to 304 steel to prevent intergranular corrosion; it is suitable for use at temperatures of 430℃~900℃. It is used in aircraft, exhaust pipes, boiler drums, etc.
1Cr18Ni9Ti has been gradually replaced by 0Cr18Ni10Ti. The two materials have different chemical compositions, so their performance is also different: 1Cr18Ni9Ti has a higher carbon content, and 0Cr18Ni10Ti has better resistance to intergranular corrosion than 1Cr18Ni9Ti, because it not only contains titanium, but also has a low carbon content, which doubles the chromium. However, their resistance to high-temperature oxidation is just the opposite.

1) Solution treatment at 920-1150℃ and rapid cooling;
2) Stabilization treatment can be carried out according to the purchaser's requirements. The heat treatment temperature is 850-930℃, but it must be specified in the contract.
Metallographic structure: The organizational characteristics are austenite.
