Introduction to GFW wire mesh applications, types, weaving methods, material selection and technical parameters
GFW wire mesh is also known as GFW stainless steel wire mesh , GFW plain wire mesh, GFW square hole mesh, GFW stainless steel crimped wire mesh, metal mesh cloth, screen, flat mesh, square mesh, etc.
GFW wire mesh is widely used in industrial fields such as petroleum, chemical industry, fertilizer, pesticide, mining, coal, medicine, rubber, telecommunications, light industry, textile, construction, food, etc. It is used as catalytic catalyst filler, filter and screen various powders, liquids and gases, etc.

This standard refers to the international standard ISO4783/2-1981 "Guide to the selection of industrial screens and metal woven screens, screen size and wire diameter", and the basic mesh size is 16.0~0.025mm.

stands for: G—Industrial use (work) F—Square holes 1-3 – Accuracy level W—Screen (net)
Specifications: Indicated by the basic size of the mesh and the diameter of the wire.
Accuracy level: Level 1 accuracy—high accuracy Level 2 accuracy—higher accuracy Level 3 accuracy—ordinary accuracy
Marking: Indicated by model, specification, weaving form and the number of this standard.
Example: The marking of industrial metal wire plain weave square hole with grade 1 precision is: GF1W 1.00/0.355 (plain weave) GB 5330-85
