Industrial Wire Weaving Square Hole Screen Introduction Parameter Introduction
Industrial Wire Weaving Square Hole Screen is also known as Industrial Wire Mesh, GFW Stainless Steel Wire Mesh, GFW Steel Wire Mesh.
Industrial Wire Weaving Square Hole Screen is referred to as GFW Stainless Steel Mesh, G stands for industrial mesh, F stands for square hole, and W stands for mesh, so people generally call it GFW stainless steel mesh.
Wire weaving square hole screen used for screening fixed particles, filtering liquids and gaseous substances and other industrial purposes.
Industrial wire weaving square hole screen with a basic mesh size of 0.02mm-16.0mm.
Its aperture standard adopts GB/T 10611 Industrial Screen Mesh Screen Size Series (GB/T 10611-2003, ISO 2194:1991 Industrial screens-Woven wire cloth,perforated plate and electroformed sheet-Designation and nominal sizes of openings, MOD) standard.
Industrial metal wire plain weave square hole screen is marked as: GFW 1.00/0.355 (plain weave) GB/T 5330-2003;
industrial metal wire twill weave screen is marked as: GFW 1.00/0.355 (twill) GB/T 5330-2003.
1. Technical requirements:
1. The raw material of the industrial metal wire woven square hole screen is of course metal wire. The metal wire material is soft brass, tin bronze, stainless steel and carbon structural steel after heat treatment. a) The chemical composition of brass should comply with H62, J65, H68 and H80 in GB/T 5231.
b) The chemical composition of tin bronze should comply with QSn6.5-0.1, QSn6.5-0.4 in GB/T 5231.
c) The chemical composition of stainless steel should adopt the austenite type in GB/G 4239.
d) The chemical composition of carbon structural steel should comply with 10, 08F and 10F in GB/T699.
Other metal materials can also be used according to different uses.
2. The surface of the metal wire should be smooth, without cracks, peeling and oxide scale, and heavier oxidation color.
3. The weaving methods include plain weaving and twill weaving.
4. The mesh surface should be flat, clean, tightly woven, and free of mechanical damage and rust spots. Warp joints are allowed, but they should be well woven.
5. Weaving defects: Metal wire screens are not allowed to have serious weaving defects, such as holes, half-cut wefts, serious sparse and dense paths, large cracks, serious curling of the mesh surface, mesh tilt out of tolerance, serious mechanical damage, and warp and weft interweaving firmness that does not meet the requirements. However, general weaving defects are allowed, such as single broken wires, weft nests, back noses, small loose lines, small jumpers, wrong twists, slightly uneven mesh surface, slight curling, dot-shaped oil stains, small debris woven into the mesh, and slightly wavy edges.
6. Mesh tilt requirements: The non-verticality of the warp and weft wires of the screen should not be greater than 4° on the weaving width.
II. Inspection items
1. Number of dead screen weaving quality;
2. Arithmetic average size of the mesh holes;
3. Size and quantity of large mesh holes;
4. Diameter and material of the metal wire;
5. Mesh width, mesh length and quantity.
III. Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
1. The metal wire mesh should be accompanied by a product certificate, which should indicate: a) product name; b) metal wire mesh mark; c) weaving form; d) metal wire material; e) mesh width, mesh length, quantity and quality; f) inspection results; g) inspection date and seal of the inspector; h) manufacturer's name.
2. The packaging should indicate: a) product name; b) metal wire mesh mark; c) total weight, kg; d) manufacturer's name; e) "handle with care" and "prevent moisture" and other words or logos. 3.
The metal wire mesh should be wound on a straight and dry mandrel, and wrapped with moisture-proof paper and other packaging materials inside and outside. It can also be wound without a mandrel according to different needs. The outer packaging of the metal wire mesh can be dry boxes, boxes or other packaging materials (the mass of each piece should generally not exceed 80kg). When the user has requirements, it can also be negotiated by the supply and demand parties.
4. Transportation: Rain and moisture protection measures should be taken during transportation. The products should be stored in a dry and non-corrosive place. They must not be stored when the inner packaging is damaged.
