310s stainless steel screen is also known as 310s stainless steel wire mesh, 2520 wire mesh, nickel-chromium alloy wire mesh, high temperature resistant screen, 310s high temperature filter, 310s corrosion resistant mesh, 310s acid and alkali resistant mesh, special alloy wire mesh, environmental protection filter.
Chemical composition: The main component of stainless steel 310S is Fe. Other components are as follows: % C: ≤0.08, Si: ≤1.00, Mn: ≤2.00, P: ≤0.035, S: ≤0.030, Ni: ≤19.00-22.00, Cr: ≤24.00-26.00.
Weaving method: There are two methods: plain weave and twill weave.
The characteristics of nickel-chromium electric furnace wire are:
① High strength at high temperature;
② The material will not become brittle after long-term use and cooling;
③ The emissivity of fully oxidized nickel-chromium alloy is higher than that of iron-chromium-aluminum alloy;
