Introduction to Nickel-based Alloy Wire Mesh Brands and Types
Types of nickel-based alloy wire mesh: Incoloy alloy wire mesh, Inconel alloy wire mesh, Hastelloy alloy wire mesh, Monel alloy wire mesh.
Nickel-based alloy wire mesh is also known as nickel-based alloy filter mesh, nickel-based alloy woven mesh, nickel-based alloy square hole mesh, nickel-based alloy metal mesh, nickel-based alloy mesh belt, nickel-based alloy orifice plate, nickel-based alloy screen, etc.
Common typical grades of nickel-based alloy materials:
1. Incoloy alloy, such as Incoloy800, the main components are; 32Ni-21Cr-Ti,Al; it is a heat-resistant alloy; there are many types of Incoloy alloy: common ones include Incoloy800, Incoloy800H, Incoloy800HT, Incoloy825, Incoloy840, Incoloy901, Incoloy925, Incoloy20, Incoloy330, Incoloy 25-6Mo, etc.
2. Inconel alloy, such as Inconel600, the main components are; 73Ni-15Cr-Ti, Al; it is a heat-resistant alloy; Inconel alloy: Inconel600 (N06600/2.4816/NS312), Inconel625 (N06625/2.4856/NS336), Inconel718 (N07718/2.4668/GH4169) Inconel X-750 (N07750/2.4669/GH4145), Inconel 601 (N06601/2.4851/NS313), Inconel690 (N06690/2.4642/NS315), etc.
3. Hastelloy alloy, that is, Hastelloy, such as Hastelloy C-276, the main components are; 56Ni-16Cr-16Mo-4W; it is a corrosion-resistant alloy; Hastelloy alloy grades: Hastelloy C276, Hastelloy C22, Hastelloy C-2000, Hastelloy C-4, Hastelloy C, Hastelloy B, Hastelloy B-2, Hastelloy B-3, Hastelloy X, Hastelloy G-30, Hastelloy G-35, etc.
4. Monel alloy, that is, Monel alloy, such as Monel 400, the main component is; 65Ni-34Cu; it is a corrosion-resistant alloy. Commonly used grades of Monel alloy include Monel 400, Monel 404, Monel K500, Monel R405, etc.
The so-called nickel-based alloy refers to a type of alloy with nickel as the matrix, which has high strength and certain anti-oxidation and corrosion resistance at high temperatures of 650-1000℃. Together with iron-based and cobalt-based alloys, they are collectively called superalloys. They are widely used in aviation, aerospace, energy, chemical industry and other fields.
Uses of nickel-based alloys: On the one hand, nickel-based alloys are used to repair workpieces. Nickel-based alloy powder is applied to the surface of the workpiece by surfacing/spraying to obtain higher wear resistance or corrosion resistance. They are mostly used in industries such as rollers and valves. On the other hand, they are directly made into workpieces, mostly used in the hottest ends of aviation jet engines and industrial gas turbines.
