AL-6XN/UNS N08367 | Strong resistance to chloride pitting, crevice corrosion and stress corrosion, showing good corrosion resistance in various severe corrosive environments. Used in pipelines, containers and equipment in chemical industry, marine engineering, nuclear industry, pharmaceutical production, pulp and food processing. |
Alloy-20/UNS N08020 | It has a strong resistance to reducing acids, even at high temperatures. It is used in sulfuric acid heat exchangers, sulfuric acid tanks, sulfuric acid brackets and gas purification units. |
Alloy-800/800H/800AT | The ability to resist high temperature oxidation, high temperature peeling and high temperature carburization is enough to resist chloride stress corrosion and alloy embrittlement caused by σ precipitation phase, and has excellent resistance to uniform corrosion. 800H and 800AT also have good creep resistance and stress rupture properties. The operating temperature of 800 alloy is around 590 degrees; the operating temperature of 800H and 800AT alloys can reach above 590 degrees. It is used in heating furnaces and related equipment such as petrochemical, chemical, nuclear industry, food, pulp and papermaking and other industries. |
Alloy-G3/UNS N06985 | It resists pitting and stress corrosion in acid and alkaline environments, has excellent corrosion resistance in a variety of complex redox media, and has good resistance to intergranular corrosion and thermal stability. It is used in chemical industry, pulp and paper production. |
Alloy-825/UNS N08825 | It has good corrosion resistance in moderately oxidizing and moderately reducing environments, good resistance to chloride stress corrosion and a certain level of resistance to chloride ion pitting. The welded joint has good resistance to intergranular corrosion. It is used in containers, heat exchangers, pipes, valves and pumps in the chemical and papermaking industries that handle hot sulfuric acid, chloride-containing acid solutions and sulfurous acid. |
Hastelloy C-276/UNS N10276 | It is mainly resistant to wet chlorine, various oxidizing chlorides, chloride salt solutions, sulfuric acid and oxidizing salts. It has good corrosion resistance in low-temperature and medium-temperature hydrochloric acid. It is used in the most demanding corrosive environments in special fields such as chemical industry, petroleum, flue gas desulfurization, pulp and papermaking. |
Hastelloy C-22/UNS N06022 | It has excellent resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, intergranular corrosion and stress corrosion in complex acidic oxidizing environments, and has higher pitting resistance and thermal stability than C-276 alloy. It is used in gas desulfurization systems, pulp and paper bleaching process equipment, waste burnout treatment equipment, chemical plants, pharmaceutical plants, radioactive waste and other equipment systems with harsh and complex corrosive environments. |
Hastelloy B-2/UNS N10665 | Advanced alloy resistant to corrosion by strong reducing media. Due to the high nickel content of the alloy, it not only has excellent resistance to uniform corrosion, but also has good resistance to stress corrosion and pitting corrosion. It is used in the distillation and concentration of hydrochloric acid; the alkylation production of ethylbenzene and the low-pressure carbonyl synthesis of acetic acid production process. |
Alloy-600/UNS N06600 | It is mainly used to resist high temperature atmospheric corrosion, and can be used up to 1093 degrees in the atmosphere. It is resistant to stress corrosion. It is used in nuclear reactor cooling systems, heating furnaces, carburizing baskets and fasteners, etc. |
Alloy-625/UNS N06625 | The alloy is guaranteed to have good strength, toughness and excellent fatigue resistance from low temperature to 1093 degrees. At the same time, it is guaranteed to have a high level of uniform corrosion resistance and excellent resistance to chloride ion pitting and stress corrosion in oxidizing and non-oxidizing environments. It has good processing and welding properties. It is used in engine operating environments, aerospace and chemical treatment, and flue dust removal systems containing impurities such as H2S and SO2. |
Monel-400/UNS N04400 | It can resist corrosion environments ranging from moderate oxidants to neutral to moderate reducing environments. Its corrosion resistance in reducing environments is higher than that of pure nickel, and its corrosion resistance in oxidizing environments is higher than that of pure copper. It is used in marine environments such as seawater and brackish water; reducing acids such as sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid and other chloride solutions without oxides; it is widely used in shipbuilding and offshore engineering, salt production, hydrocarbon and other chemical industries. |
