GH4099 Introduction:GH4099 (GH99) is a highly alloyed nickel-based aging high-temperature alloy, which is comprehensively reinforced with cobalt, tungsten, aluminum, titanium and other elements to give the alloy a higher thermal strength. It can be used for a long time below 900°C and the operating temperature can reach 1000°C.
The alloy has a stable structure and has satisfactory hot and cold processing and welding properties. It is suitable for the production of high-temperature furniture plate load-bearing welding parts such as automobile engine combustion chambers and afterburners. Large and medium-sized furniture plate parts produced with this alloy can be used directly after aging treatment without tempering treatment. The main equipment includes materials and wires, and can also produce furniture plates and castings.

The plates are subjected to air cooling and tensile treatment at 1140~1160℃; the welding rods are subjected to air cooling and tensile treatment at 1100~1140℃.
