​Incoloy800H

Incoloy 800H has a face-centered cubic lattice structure. The extremely low carbon content and increased Ti;C ratio increase structural stability and maximum resistance to sensitization and intergranular corrosion. Low-temperature annealing at around 950°C ensures a fine-grained structure. It can withstand corrosion from many corrosive media. Its high nickel content makes it very resistant to stress corrosion cracking in aqueous corrosive conditions.

Incoloy800H application areas:The Cr content in Incoloy 800H (NO8810) nickel-based alloy is usually 15-25%, the nickel content is 30-45%, and it contains small amounts of aluminum and titanium. Compared with Incoloy 800 alloy, the carbon content is controlled from less than or equal to 0.1% to 0.05-0.1%, which better improves the strength of the steel. This alloy has a high chromium content and sufficient nickel content, so it has high high temperature corrosion resistance and is widely used in industry. It has excellent resistance to stress corrosion cracking in chloride, low-concentration NaOH aqueous solutions and high-temperature and high-pressure water, so it is used to manufacture equipment that is resistant to stress corrosion cracking. The corrosion resistance is better than that of general austenitic stainless steel and better than Inconel 600 alloy; in the manufacture of corrosion-resistant stress cracking equipment, it is better than Inconel 600 and Monel 400 alloy.
