Abrasive grading screen types, specifications and model parameters
Abrasive grading screen is also known as high-precision metal screen, national standard screen, standard screen, test screen, pharmacopoeia screen, national standard stainless steel screen, abrasive screen.
Main features of national standard stainless steel screen:
1. According to aviation standard HB1862-93 and national standard GB/T5330-2003, and equivalently adopting international standard ISO9044-2001 for production, there are two types: plain and twill. It is divided into R10, R20, R40/3 series, with mesh size of 6.00mm~0.020㎜ (3 mesh~635 mesh/inch).
2. Standard grading screen for abrasive industry: produced in accordance with GB/T5330-2003 standard and equivalent to ISO4783/2-1989 standard, divided into R10, R20, R40/3 series, mesh size 4.00mm~0.025㎜ (mesh number 5#~500#).
3. Metal wire woven dense mesh: produced in accordance with GB/T21648-2008 standard, with plain and twill weave, and basic aperture filtration degree of 315μm~5μm.
Abrasive screen overview: Standard abrasive grading screen, fully in line with GB2477-83 and GB6406-86 and GB/T2481.1-1998 standard requirements, approved by the National Abrasives and Grinding Tools Standard Technical Standards Committee. Its weaving structure has plain and twill weaves, and the mesh size series includes three types: R10, R20, and R40/3, with a mesh size of 4.00-0.02mm (mesh number 5#-600#). The
standard graded screen for the abrasive industry is produced in accordance with the GB/T5330-2003 standard and with reference to the ISO4783/2-1989 standard. Its weaving structure has two types: plain and twill. The mesh size series includes three types: R10, R20, and R40/3, with a mesh size of 8.00mm~0.020㎜ (mesh number 5/16#~600#).

Abrasive screens mainly include stainless steel screens for solid particle screening, filters for fluid (gas, liquid) filtration, as well as decoration, dust prevention, skeleton support, etc. The screens used for solid particle screening refer to the screens installed in layers on the vibrating screen (linear screen or rotary vibrating screen). The materials are loaded into the vibrating screen to vibrate on the screen. The materials with smaller mesh than the stainless steel screen will enter the lower screen for further screening, and the materials with smaller mesh than the lower screen will continue to leak, while the materials with larger mesh will remain. Finally, we can get the materials with larger mesh than the upper screen and smaller mesh than the lower screen with the particle size we need from the discharge port. The stainless steel screen plays a role in controlling the particle size of the material in material screening.
Abrasive stainless steel screens are widely used in the following industries:
carbonized silicon brown corundum white corundum diamond cubic boron nitride, various ores, coal, magnesium powder, iron powder, rare earth, graphite, quartz sand, glass, sugar, salt, alkali, monosodium glutamate, soy milk, yeast, glucose powder, wheat starch, flour, rice flour, skimmed milk powder, juice, dehydrated vegetables, coarse sugar, pineapple juice, corn starch. Chemical industry: pigment, pharmaceutical powder, grease, rubber, plastic, epoxy resin, PVC resin particles, polyethylene powder, vinyl chloride resin, polymer particles. Kiln industry: glass powder, refractory materials, silica sand, spray soil particles, mud, grinding materials, rice brick materials, artificial black lead, kaolin, slaked lime, mica, alumina, calcium carbonate. Metallurgy and mining: lead powder, zinc powder oxygen, diamond steel powder, aluminum powder, iron powder. Other industries: carbon black, light calcium, additives, pearl powder.
Features:
1. Processing at room temperature, that is, easy plastic processing, which makes the use of stainless steel screens diverse;
2. High finish, no surface treatment is required, and maintenance is convenient and simple.
3. Resistant to high temperature oxidation, the 304 stainless steel screen can withstand a temperature of 800 degrees Celsius, and the 310S stainless steel screen can withstand a temperature of up to 1150 degrees Celsius;
4. Good acid, alkali and corrosion resistance;
5. High strength, strong tensile force, toughness and wear resistance, durable;

Main industry uses of standard grading screens:
◆ Grain grading in the superhard material industry (diamond);
◆ Grain grading of glass beads in directional reflective materials;
◆Particle classification of hydrogen storage alloy powder for battery raw materials (lithium battery materials);
◆Particle classification of cemented carbide powder materials;
◆Particle classification of molybdenum, tungsten, iron silicon powder, copper powder, fine aluminum powder and other non-ferrous metals;
◆Wet screening and sorting of magnetic powder, ceramics, graphite, aluminum silver paste in electromechanical products;
◆Dehydration and separation in the alkali industry; Preparation filtration in the pharmaceutical industry; ◆Particle classification
of single crystal silicon and polycrystalline silicon ; ◆
High temperature filtration of polypropylene and ethylene materials in the chemical industry;
◆Particle sorting of silicon carbide materials;
◆Oil sand separation in oil extraction projects;
◆Particle sorting of oil pressure proppant;
◆Plate making in screen printing, etc.;
