Standard ascending air pipe type (1404), reduced diameter type (1405) and full diameter type (1406). A variety of standard drawing numbers are pre-designed, and customers can contact us for them. For example, the standard drawing number is marked HG5-1406-81-60, 316L/Q235A, which means that the wire mesh is made of 316L stainless steel, the grille is made of Q235A, and the full diameter type is top-mounted, with a diameter of 1800mm and a height of 150mm.
In addition to the standard drawing numbers, the height of the demister can be divided into 50mm, 80mm, 200mm, 250mm, 300mm, etc. The shape and diameter can also be designed and produced according to the actual needs of customers.
⒉ HG/T21618-1998
The new standard combines the three installation forms of riser type, reduced diameter type and full diameter type; proposes four mesh types of SP, HP, DP and HR and expands the types of material selection; and increases the spacing density in setting specifications and sizes.
Marking example: HG/T21618 Wire Mesh Demister S1600-100 SP 304/304, which means that the grille and wire mesh are both made of 304 stainless steel, top-mounted, with a diameter of 1600mm and a height of 100mm, and the mesh type is SP wire mesh demister.
3. Drawer type wire mesh demister (HG/T21586)
Drawer type wire mesh demister is suitable for occasions where demister components need to be cleaned or replaced frequently, such as drying towers and absorption towers in sulfuric acid plants. The nominal diameter range is DN300mm~DN5000mm, with a total of 56 types. When ordering, only the drawing number and the selected material are required (316L, NS-80 and RS-2 are commonly used wire mesh materials in sulfuric acid plants).
Marking example: HG/T21586.11-98 WME-1000-100 316L/Q235-A, which means a drawer-type wire mesh demister with a diameter of 1000mm and a height of 100mm, the wire mesh is made of 316L, the grille is made of Q235-A.
4. Peak-shaped (flow-guiding) wire mesh demister
Peak wire mesh demister has the following features:
1. The actual defoaming area of the mesh block is increased by more than 15%, which is convenient for adjusting the air speed and resistance during design and significantly improves the defoaming effect.
2. One layer of peak-shaped wire mesh demister can achieve the defoaming effect of two layers of wire mesh demisters, saving installation space and reducing the cost of the entire device.
Wire mesh demister is also known as wire mesh demister, wire mesh demister, and demister. It is mainly used to separate droplets with a diameter greater than 3μm to 5μm. As long as the operating conditions such as the gas velocity are properly selected, the defoaming efficiency of the gas after passing through the wire mesh demister can reach more than 99%, and the purpose of completely removing the mist and foam can be achieved. Application: Wire mesh demister can not only filter out larger liquid foam suspended in the air flow, but also filter out smaller and tiny liquid foam. It is widely used in gas-liquid separation devices in chemical, petroleum, tower manufacturing, pressure vessels and other industries.
The HG/T21618-1998 wire mesh demister standard is applicable to gas-liquid separation devices used in vertical cylindrical equipment in the chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, light industry, environmental protection and other industries. It is used to separate the mist with a droplet diameter greater than 3-5μm entrained in the gas.
Wire Mesh Demister Model Type:
Example 1: DN2000MM, H=150MM, the gas-liquid filter is SP type, the material is 316, the grille and support material is 304, the top-mounted wire mesh demister is marked as: HG/T21618 wire mesh demister S2000-150 SP 316/304.
Example 2: DN4000MM, H=100MM, the gas-liquid filter is DP type, the material is 316L, the grille and support material is 304 bottom-mounted wire mesh demister, marked as: HG/T21618-1998 wire mesh demister X4000-100 DP 316L/304.
Note: Selection of top-mounted and bottom-mounted wire mesh demisters: When the manhole is located above the wire mesh demister, or there is no manhole but a flange, a top-mounted wire mesh demister is selected; when the manhole is located below the wire mesh demister, a bottom-mounted wire mesh demister is selected.
