1. The raw material of industrial metal wire woven square hole screen is of course metal wire, and the metal wire material adopts soft brass, tin bronze, stainless steel and carbon structural steel after heat treatment.
a) The chemical composition of brass should comply with H62, J65, H68 and H80 in GB/T 5231.
b) The chemical composition of tin bronze should comply with QSn6.5-0.1, QSn6.5-0.4 in GB/T 5231.
c) The chemical composition of stainless steel should adopt the austenite type in GB/G 4239.
d) The chemical composition of carbon structural steel shall comply with 10, 08F and 10F in GB/T699.
Other metal materials may also be used according to different uses.
2. The surface of the metal wire shall be smooth, without cracks, peeling, oxide scale, or heavy oxidation color.
3. The weaving methods include plain weave and twill weave.
4. The mesh surface shall be flat, clean, tightly woven, and free of mechanical damage and rust. Warp joints are allowed, but the weaving shall be good.
