Main materials and product features of stainless steel gas-liquid filter

Stainless steel gas-liquid filter is a gas -liquid filter product made of stainless steel. It is mainly divided into three types: stainless steel, alloy and pure metal. Among them, 304, 304L, 321, 316 and 316L of stainless steel are the most widely used. The alloy material is mainly monel alloy, and pure metal is mainly pure nickel and pure titanium. The gas-liquid filter products produced by our factory include four types of series products: standard type, high-efficiency type, high-penetration type and damping type.

06Cr19Ni10 (304)

It is a universal stainless steel, which is widely used in the production of equipment and parts that require good comprehensive performance (corrosion resistance and formability). 304 stainless steel is a grade of stainless steel produced according to the American ASTM standard. 304 is equivalent to my country's 0Cr18Ni9 stainless steel. 304 contains 17% chromium and 8% nickel. 304 is the most widely used stainless steel and heat-resistant steel. It is used in food production equipment, chemical equipment, etc.

022Cr17Ni12Mo2 (316L)

It is a molybdenum-containing stainless steel. Due to the molybdenum content in the steel, the overall performance of this steel is better than that of 310 and 304 stainless steel. Under high temperature conditions, when the concentration of sulfuric acid is lower than 15% and higher than 85%, 316L stainless steel has a wide range of uses. 316L stainless steel also has good performance against chloride corrosion. It has excellent pitting resistance and high temperature creep strength.

06Cr18Ni11Ti (321)

Stainless steel has excellent high-temperature stress rupture performance and high-temperature creep resistance, and its stress mechanical properties are better than 304 stainless steel. 321 stainless steel has good corrosion resistance in organic and inorganic acids of different concentrations and temperatures, especially in oxidizing media, and is mostly used to manufacture wear-resistant acid containers and wear-resistant equipment linings, and transportation pipelines. 321 stainless steel is mainly used in outdoor open-air machines in the chemical, coal, and petroleum industries that require high resistance to intergranular corrosion, heat-resistant parts of building materials, and parts that are difficult to heat treat.
